Boutique Policies

ORDERING

If you have questions about an item, please message us before placing your order. We will be glad to assist you, we even have client experience team members available to walk you through the check out process. Our boutique does not have a layaway, credit or holds department. We do have a very accommodating, non-negotiable return policy; please see below.

RETURNS

All items returned must be in new condition with tags, unworn and unwashed.  Intimates, Swimwear, sale collection items and discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

ALL SHOWROOM SALES ARE FINAL

If a purchase is made or picked up in our showroom, please try your merchandise on because the sale is Final.  

To receive a refund: We must be notified immediately. Upon notification, your package must be postmarked for return within 3 business days of the delivery date of your original package. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There is a 20% restocking fee of the order on all acceptable returns. Once your return is processed by our returns department, it may take up to 3-5 business days to receive the refunded amount back to the card used. 

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer exchanges.

SHIPPING

We strive to provide a stellar client experience from the time you enter our site until you are donned with our exquisite pieces. 

Please allow 5-7 business days from the time you place your order to receive it. 

If you order an item that is not in stock, it can take additional time(up to 14 business days) to receive your order. A member of our client experience team will be in communication with you until you receive your order.

All Orders are mailed via USPS Priority Mail, with tracking. Once we receive a tracking number for your package, RadiantRo is no longer responsible for merchandise.
